E-signature templates allow your organization to upload and map e-signature forms for new hires with options to add co-signers and rules for automatically assigning specific documents.
To edit an existing e-signature template, click Settings from your navigation bar, and select E-signature Templates on the left.
On the next page, scroll to your specific e-signature template and click the Ellipsis icon beside it.
Select Edit template to edit the name.
Select Edit Rules to edit the assign date or the onboarding plan criteria for new hires.
Select Delete to delete the e-signature template entirely.
Note: Any changes made to the template do not update documents already assigned.
