After your organization configures its 3rd-party task system integrations, users with Owner access can reassign existing onboarding tasks in bulk to one of your 3rd-party task management systems.
Reassign onboarding plan tasks
You can assign all future onboarding plan tasks to any of your integrated 3rd-party task systems.
From your Greenhouse Onboarding homepage, navigate to Settings.
On the Settings page, navigate to Onboarding Plan > Tasks.
On the Tasks page, click Bulk Select.
Note: Use the Filter panel to quickly locate specific tasks or narrow down your results.
Mark the checkbox next to each task you want to reassign in bulk.
Click Bulk Actions when you're ready.
In the Bulk Actions window, select Reassign Task.
Use the assignee dropdown menu to select a 3rd-party task management system.
Click Reassign.
Reassign previously assigned tasks
For any tasks that have already been assigned to a user in your organization, you can bulk reassign them to one of your 3rd-party task systems.
From your Greenhouse Onboarding homepage, navigate to Reports.
On the Reports page, select View task report to see a report with all the tasks assigned to users in your organization.
In your tasks report, click Bulk Select.
Note: Use the Filter panel to quickly locate specific tasks or narrow down your report results.
Mark the checkbox next to each task you want to reassign in bulk.
Click Bulk Actions when you're ready.
In the Bulk Actions window, select Reassign.
Use the assignee dropdown menu to select a 3rd-party task management system.
Click Reassign.
