Offer fields provide a record of a candidate offer and whose values can be used to generate additional documentation like offer letters and emails. Greenhouse Recruiting provides a list of default offer fields and the ability to add custom offer fields to the list. In this article, we will cover how to edit a custom offer field.

To edit custom offer fields, click the Configure icon I on your navigation bar, and select Custom Options from the left.

Click Offers.

The Custom Options > Offers page will list all of your organization's custom offer fields.

Click a custom offer field on your list.

Use the page to configure the details of your custom offer field.

Note: A custom offer field's Type cannot be edited once the field has been created.
