Rippling helps your organization's HR and IT — from payroll and benefits to employee computers and software — all in one, easy-to-use platform.

Greenhouse Recruiting has built an integration with Rippling so your organization can import a candidate's information and offer details from Greenhouse into Rippling with just one click.

Create a Harvest API key for the Rippling integration

To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / Rippling integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.

Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the Rippling integration.

Credentials

In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:

• API Type: Harvest
• Partner: Rippling
• Description: Rippling Harvest API Key

Set up the integration in Rippling

With your Harvest API Key copied, navigate to your Rippling dashboard and scroll down to the app store. Search for Greenhouse and click the app.

Click Connect Existing Account and follow Rippling's guide to continue the brief setup process.

Connect your Greenhouse Recruiting account to Rippling and input your copied Greenhouse Harvest API Key in the provided field.

You're all set!

Use the Rippling integration

When you onboard a new employee through Rippling, select Import from my ATS during the onboarding flow, select Greenhouse, and all of your candidates employment information will appear in Rippling.

These fields are imported from Greenhouse:

• Name
• Email
• Title
• Phone number
• Salary
• Currency
• Signing bonus
• Start date
• Department (Department with the same name should match in Rippling)
• Work location (Work location with the same name should match in Rippling)

You'll be able to provision and suspend employees’ Greenhouse accounts directly from the Greenhouse app in Rippling.

In addition to importing candidates, you can automatically provision Greenhouse accounts when new hires onboard. Configure access rules to determine exactly which new hires get accounts. For example, employees in my sales department or employees in San Francisco.

Use Rippling to allow employees to securely sign into their Greenhouse accounts from their Rippling dashboard by configuring SSO to Greenhouse.
