Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Google Calendar enables your organization to see interviewing availabilities, schedule, update, and delete interviews from calendars where users have appropriate permissions.

Once the integration is authorized, you'll be able to schedule with Google Calendar where you have permissions to Make changes to events.

Note: This integration ties a single user account to a single Google account. Each user in Greenhouse Recruiting who wishes to use the Google Calendar integration must perform the following configuration.

Click the ellipsis Icon_-_Ellipses.png from your navigation bar and select Integrations from the dropdown menu.


Search for Google Calendar in the available field and select Google Calendar from the results. 


Click Connect on the right side of the Google Calendar integration page. 


Login to your Google account using their prompts. 


When Google asks you to provide permissions to Greenhouse Recruiting, click Allow.
