Create a Harvest API key for the Turbo Hire integration
To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / Turbo Hire integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the Turbo Hire integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API type: Harvest
- Partner: Turbo Hire
- Description: Turbo Hire Harvest API key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Turbo Hire integration:

Candidates
- Select all
Job Stages
- Select all
Jobs
- Select all
Users
- Select all
Use the Turbo Hire integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
With your Greenhouse Harvest API key created and configured, navigate to your Turbo Hire integration page and input the API key in the provided field.
Your Greenhouse jobs, candidates, and applications will flow into TurboHire.
You can view all your jobs under All Greenhouse Jobs in the workspace page.
You can view all your Candidates in All Greenhouse Candidates under Resume Banks Hub.
Now You can identify talent using Turbo Hire’s globally valid Human-like AI to send the best Applicant to an interview stage. Some of the intuitions you can execute are:
- Who are the Applicants who have worked in your kind of company?
- Who are the Applicants who have worked in Semiconductor or Oil & Gas Industry?
- Who are the Applicants who have done Sales & Marketing and more over proficient in Digital Marketing?
- Who are the Applicants who are MBA from Tier 1 Institution?
The corresponding selection status will get updated for the Applicant under your Green House account.
