Touchpoints refer to interactions either by telephone, email, or in-person, where a recruiter has made contact with a prospect. These points of contact can help your organization's recruiting team view the progress made with a given prospect and plan for the appropriate next steps.
Add touchpoints to a prospect
From the prospect's profile, click Add Touchpoint in the main panel.
In the Add Touchpoint box, provide information for the following fields:
Type |
Categorize the touchpoint into one of three different types:
|
User | Identify the Greenhouse Recruiting user who performed the touchpoint. |
Date | Enter the date when the touchpoint happened. |
Note | Provide other members of your team with any additional context or description regarding the touchpoint. |
When finished, click Save.
Note: Emails sent through Greenhouse Recruiting are also considered touchpoints and will automatically be added to the prospect's Activity Feed as both an email and touchpoint. This includes emails that log prospect conversations via Maildrop.
View a prospect's touchpoints
Touchpoints added to a prospect's profile are recorded in their profile's Activity Feed. You can filter the feed to only include touchpoints using the fields at the top of the page.
