If Anonymous take home test grading is activated, you can enable an additional setting when you set up a take home test for a job. This additional setting allows you to hide the name and details of the candidate submitting their response.
When a test is ready, the graders will receive a trimmed-down email that does not include the candidate's information.
The interview kit will also leave out the candidate's name and the link to their profile to discourage interviewers from doing too much research before assessing the test.
