A change log records historical data across your organization. From the change log, you will be able to see the modifications made to your organization, when it was done, and who was responsible for the change. With the change log, you can also isolate and view changes to specific aspects of your organization like changes to permission levels, candidates, and prospects.
There are two ways to see the change log for a single job- through the Change Log page or the Job Activity Feed. In this article, we will demonstrate how to access the change log using both methods and the necessary permissions to do so.
Change Log Page
Note: Users will need Site Admin level permissions to access the Change Log page.
To access the change log for a single job through the Change Log page, click the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Change Log from the left-hand panel.
From the Change Log page, navigate to the filter panel at the top of the page and use the Jobs dropdown menu to select a single job.
Your Change Log will be filtered to only show modifications made to your selected job.
If you want to export your reports to a downloadable spreadsheet, click Export to Excel from the filter panel.
Job Activity Feed
Note: Users will need Job Admin level permissions or above to access Job Activity Feed.
To access the change log for a single job through the Job Activity Feed, click All Jobs from your navigation bar and select a job from the subsequent list.
Click Job Setup and navigate to Activity Feed on the left-hand panel.
The resulting list is the change log for this individual job.
