Note: Report Builder is only available for Pro and Enterprise level customers.
Greenhouse Recruiting's Report Builder gives your organization the flexibility it needs to customize reports so that you can easily find your data. Customize the metrics that you are tracking, and organize the data across jobs, offices, departments, timeframe, etc... within your reports. Likewise, use customizable Pipeline Reports to track the historical and current health of your interview pipeline, and your recruiting activity for each stage.
In this article, we will cover where you can find Report Builder, and briefly examine the types of reports that you can build.
Navigate to Report Builder
Navigate to the Recruiting Reports page by clicking the ellipse on your navigation bar and Reports from the dropdown menu.
Click Build a Report from the Recruiting Reports page.
From the Build a Report dialog box you can choose which type of report you would like to build: Trend Report, Pipeline Report, or Multiple Metrics Report.
Trend Reports allow you to deduce patterns in how one key metric trends over time across different offices, departments, jobs, source, and your total organization.
Once the Trend Report is created, you can switch the metric being tracked, time intervals of your tracking, date range, and the organization of your data across specific jobs, departments, offices, etc...

Pipeline Reports are comprised of three separate configurable reports: Pipeline History Report, Current Pipeline Report, and Pipeline Activity Report. Together, these three pipeline reports give you the capabilities to report on the past and current health of your pipeline, and your recruiting activity for each stage.
Each type of Pipeline Report covers a different aspect of your pipeline and has unique filters. For an overview of each type of Pipeline report, please click here.
Multiple Metrics Report
Multiple Metrics Reports allow you to create your ideal report to compare a variety of metrics at once across offices, departments, jobs, etc... Select multiple metrics from available categories and build your report to suit your organization's needs.
Once the Multiple Metrics Report is generated, you can configure the date range, and the organization of your data across specific jobs, departments, offices, etc...
