Candidate packets are a feature that allows your organization to be compliant with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding an EU citizen's right to request their collected data from your organization.

With candidate packets, you can produce and configure downloadable packets of candidate information that a user with Job Admin level permissions or above can download from the candidate profile, and forward to the candidate.

Create a candidate packet

To create a candidate packet, click the Configure icon on your navigation bar, then select Candidate Packets on the left.

Click Create a Candidate Packet.

Give the candidate packet a name in the appropriate field and check the boxes for data fields you would like to include in the downloadable packet.

When finished, click Save.

Note: If a candidate packet contains private information, only users with permission to access private data can download the packet.

Manage candidate packets

Candidate packets can be managed via the Configure icon > Candidate Packets.

Edit a candidate packet

To edit a candidate packet, click the Edit icon beside the packet name, and make your required edits.

When finished, click Save.

Delete a candidate packet

To delete a candidate packet, click the icon beside the packet name.

Click Yes, remove to confirm.
