Note: Candidate Packets can only be created by users with Site Admin level permissions. Candidate Packets can be downloaded by users with Admin level permissions.
Candidate Packets is a feature that allows your organization to be compliant with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding an EU citizen's right to request their collected data from your organization.
With Candidate Packets, you can produce and configure downloadable packets of candidate information that your Admins can forward to the candidate. In this article we will cover how to create, manage, and download candidate packets.
Create Candidate Packets
To create candidate packets, click on the Configure tab from your Dashboard and navigate down the left-hand panel to Candidate Packets.
Click Create a Candidate Packet.
From the Create Candidate Packet dialog box, give the Candidate Packet a name in the appropriate field and check the boxes for data fields you would like to include.
When you have finished, click Save.
Note: If a candidate packet contains private information, only users with permission to access private data can download the packet
Manage Candidate Packets
Candidate Packets can be managed from the Candidate Packets page (Configure>Candidate Packets).
To edit a Candidate Packet, click the icon in the packet's row, and make any edits to the packet. When finished, click Save.
To delete a Candidate Packet, click the icon in the packet's row. A dialog box will ask you to confirm your decision. Click Yes, Remove to confirm.
Download Candidate Packets
Users with Admin level permissions can download Candidate Packets by navigating to a candidate's profile.
From the candidate's profile navigate to the On Job panel and click Application.
Navigate to the Candidate Packets header and click Download PDF for the packet you wish to download.
Note: If the Candidate Packet contains private data, only an Admin with additional permissions to view private data fields can download the packet.
