AI-generated interview question suggestions help you craft better interviews, faster. Instead of starting from scratch, Greenhouse can suggest relevant questions based on the job role and requirements. You can use them as-is or refine them to fit your needs, saving you time while ensuring a structured and thoughtful interview.
Getting interview question suggestions
Go to the Interview Plan page. (Job Setup > Interview Plan)
Click Edit next to the interview you want to update.
From the Edit interview kit page, go to the Interview Questions panel. Click Get suggestions.
Up to 5 questions will appear on the screen. Greenhouse will automatically add relevant focus attributes to question suggestions.
Edit the questions before accepting them by selecting the pencil icon. Remove questions from the set by selecting the X icon.
Edited questions can be added to the interview plan, or the edits can be discarded.
Suggestions are generated based on the job title, job description, and any existing attributes.
Note: Refining your job post, interview names, and focus attributes can improve the quality of suggested questions.
Turn on interview questions suggestions
First, go to Configure, then select AI Tools. Turn “Interview question suggestions” on to activate the ability to generate interview question suggestions.
