Candidates are prompted to provide consent for demographic data when applying for a job that is subject to GDPR rules and includes demographic questions. Read more here
Prospect pool enhancements
In the past month, we've made the following updates to how prospects and prospect pools are handled in Greenhouse:
- Prospect resumes can now be uploaded in bulk
- The prospect review limit has been increased from 300 to 500
- Updated the look and feel of prospect pool filters and the prospect pool page.
- Prospect pools can now be filtered by job, department, and office.
Agency portal visibility
Updated the agency portal to make it clearer if the organization is sharing stage and interview data.
Greenhouse sourcing automation
Limited access to campaign pools
Campaign pools can now be tied to a specific job, department, or office (and marked as read-only) so you can be confident that prospect details are only available to relevant users. Read more here
Other Greenhouse sourcing automation changes:
- Updated new user invitation emails to include a new training video.
- Site Admins can now see what users are assigned sourcing automation seats under Configure > Users > Manage seats.
- Added a new unsubscribed prospect report on the sourcing automation configuration page.
- Updated the Chrome extension to automatically populate a prospect's information from Greenhouse Recruiting if a duplicate is found on LinkedIn.
- Updated duplicate campaign warnings to only show for active prospects.
- Users can now dismiss the error for active/hired candidate applications on new campaigns.

Bug fixes
- Fixed issues that were preventing users from submitting feedback in application review if they had previously deleted all interview stages in the interview plan.
- Updated the interview plan to display an empty section for the job categories when there is an in-progress job kickoff doc.
- Fixed an issue where candidates were not showing up in filter results if a stage was renamed.
- Fixed an issue where typing in the "Who is this reminder for" field on the Reminders window wasn't showing a list of matching users.
- Fixed an issue where users couldn't access the "prospects without a pool" page in CRM.
