Noon AI is a fully autonomous AI talent sourcer. Noon is a tireless, skilled teammate that pipelines, outreaches, converses, and sets up candidate interviews.
Noon’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows all interactions that Noon makes on your behalf to be recorded in Greenhouse.

Creating New Role
To create a new role, click on “Add role” in the top left corner and a mini-menu will appear like the one shown above. Input your role name and select “Submit.” This will create your role.
Before we activate the AI, you will need to first set up our outreach workflow.
Setting Up Campaign
If you’d like to store candidates in a project, feel free to skip this step
To set up your campaign, create a template by clicking the “+” button to the right of “Templates” or modify any existing template. You will be able to customize the template with your email copy and create your sequence of emails.
Once your template is ready to go, click on the “+” button to the right of “Roles assigned to” and assign this campaign to the role that you created.
Note: If you’d like feedback on your copy, you can message your Noon representative and we will have our in-house copywriter evaluate and suggest improvements!
Setting Up Autopilot
Before setting up your autopilot, make sure you have created and assigned a campaign to this role as illustrated in the “Setting Up Campaign” section.
To set up the autopilot, select one of the two options on the right-hand side: “Send campaign” or “Add to project”. Then, select “Initialize agent”
Teaching Autopilot
Paste in your job description for the role and press submit.
The AI will ask you to fill out your “Must haves” and “Nice-to-haves”. This information will be pre-filled based on the job description you submitted, but you can add your own text and make edits.
The AI will summarize and show the key criteria to confirm it is on the right track. You may edit the criteria in each box to better match your preferences.
Reviewing Candidates from Autopilot
Every day the the AI will send a new batch of candidates for your review. For each candidate, you can either agree with the AI’s decision or disagree and override the AI’s decision.
- If you agree with the AI’s decision on a candidate, you don’t need to select anything. For example, as shown in the image above, the AI thinks Jacqueline is a good fit and would like to contact Jacqueline. If you agree with the AI’s decision, then you may move on to the next candidate.
- If you disagree with the AI’s decision, you can override the decision by selecting what you think is the correct choice. For example, as shown in the image above, the AI thinks Jhen is a bad fit and would like to reject Jhen. However, you think Jhen is a good fit and you would like to contact Jhen. You can override the AI’s decision by selecting the “Contact” button and inputting your explanation for the override.
Once you have finished reviewing all candidates, select “Confirm feedback & candidate verdicts”. Based on the outreach workflow you selected during the “Setting Up Autopilot” section, the AI will send emails on your behalf or store the candidates in a project.
Once the Noon AI integration with Greenhouse is complete, all interactions that Noon makes with candidates will be recorded and updated to Greenhouse. The User ID that is used will correspond to the User who is using Noon to make those interactions.
