Cartha integration

Cartha integrates with Greenhouse in just a few minutes, enabling three core requirements of every business

Create a Harvest API key

To configure the Cartha integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key. 

Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Carthaintegration.

Credentials

In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:

  • API Type: Harvest
  • Partner: Cartha or Unlisted Vendor
  • Description: Cartha Harvest API Key

Permissions

Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Cartha integration: 

  • Job Openings
    • Get: List Openings For a Job
    • Patch: Edit openings
    • Post: Create openings
  • Jobs
    • Get: Retrieve Job
    • Get: List Jobs
    • Patch: Update Job
    • Post: Create a new job

Enter Harvest API key in Cartha

To finish setup, you'll need to add the integration and Harvest API key in Cartha.

Navigate to Data> Integrations

Click "Add ATS"

Find "Greenhouse" from the list and click “Integrate”

Insert the API credentials from Greenhouse

Click on "Connect

Use the Cartha integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

By connecting your Greenhouse account to Cartha, you automatically keep your workforce planning and your recruiting efforts in sync. Daily updates get all relevant information from your current hiring pipeline, like changes of start dates or expected salaries, into Cartha, where you have full control over cost and FTE development with features such as access-based reporting, flexible approvals and more.

Additionally, avoid error-prone and time-consuming data entries into multiple systems with our ATS push feature, directly allowing you to add new jobs or job openings of approved positions from Cartha into Greenhouse with a click.
