Get potential applicants' attention by featuring high-priority posts at the top of your external job board.

Featured posts allow you to ensure that important roles get seen by more potential candidates. Featuring external job posts highlights the role at the top of your job board.

 

Note: A post's videos, images and links won't appear in the featured job card at the top of your board.

Enable featured posts

To feature a job post, ensure that you’re using a new, customizable job board.  First, go to Configure > Job Boards. Depending on your job board setup, boards may or may not be migrated.

To opt-in, select Board settings from the left navigation panel. Toggle the New job board switch to "On" to enable featured job posts.

Feature a post on a job board

Go to Configure > Job boards and posts. Then, select the job board of the post you want to highlight. Select the Actions menu, then Feature post. You can feature up to 3 posts on a job board.

Note: You can move a featured job post to a new job board, but it will no longer be featured.
