Talent rediscovery lets you easily filter and search prospects and past applicants to find qualified candidates for current roles.
To start rediscovering talent, go to Jobs and select the job you’re hiring for. Then select Find talent.
Start from a saved search
To quickly get started, choose from popular Greenhouse filters or apply filters you’ve saved during earlier searches.
Filter your talent
Talent filters allow you to search your Greenhouse data to find applicants who performed well in past interviews or prospects who are qualified for your current role.
Application details
First, choose whether you'd search for candidate or prospect applications.
Candidate applications
Filtering candidate applications allows you to leverage past interview data to find the perfect candidates for your pipeline. Select filters that reflect you're company's interview process:
- Milestone reached
- Stage
- Rejection reason
- Overall scorecard rating
Prospect applications
Filtering prospect applications allows you to target prospects with the experience you need. Choose prospect filters that support your company's sourcing pipeline:
- Prospect pool
- Prospect owner
- Source
- Event
- Rejection reason
You can review these applications or customize your filters to specify job details, past interviewing activity, and profile details.
Profile details
Customize your talent rediscovery even further by adding candidate tags, last active dates, education and application filters. Add custom fields to find applicants that meet your exact requirements.
Job details
You can see applications that were submitted to specific departments or roles. Additionally, you can review applications made to particular offices.
Search resumes and notes for keywords
Search resumes and notes to focus on the skills and attributes of your ideal candidate. You can enter preferred keywords or required keywords. Preferred keywords act as OR statements. Required keywords act as AND statements. To appear in your results, the keyword from your search must exactly match the keyword in the application.
AI-generated suggestions
When enabled you can add AI-generated suggestions generated from your job post. If your job doesn’t have a job post, describe the role in a few words and we’ll suggest what qualifications and competencies your candidate will need.
To control access to AI-generated suggestions, go to Settings, then AI Tools and select Talent Rediscovery.
Review your results
You’ll see a preview of your results as you customize your search. Add or remove filters and keywords until your results reflect the number of applications you’d like to review. Then, select View results to review your applications in All Candidates.
