Quinto integration

Quinto is a collaborative platform for building job descriptions that drive great performance. Quinto includes everything you need to accelerate the process of creating and validating accurate, consistent, and actionable descriptions.

Quinto’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to push jobs posts from Quinto to Greenhouse.

Create a Harvest API key

To configure the Quinto integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key. 

Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that all permissions are selected when configuring the Quinto integration.

Credentials

In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:

  • API Type: Harvest
  • Partner: Quinto or Unlisted Vendor
  • Description: Quinto Harvest API Key

Permissions

Select the Select all checkbox at the top of the list to ensure all available permissions are selected for the Quinto integration. 

Set up the integration

  1. Click the gear icon on the top right of your screen.
  2. Select General administration in the drop-down.
  3. Click Integrations under Account in the side menu.
  4. Click the ATS tab.
  5. Click the Greenhouse tile.

  1. Paste the Harvest API key in the Token field.
  2. Click Authorize.



Use the Quinto integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Push a Quinto job post to Greenhouse

  1. Click the gear icon on the top right of your screen.
  2. Select General administration in the drop-down.
  3. Navigate to Content > Jobs.
  4. Click the name of the job in the table.
  5. Click the Job post tab.
  6. Click Greenhouse on the top right of the page.
  7. Click Send to Greenhouse. The job post should be created in Greenhouse within a few seconds.

Note: Resending the same job post will create a second job post in Greenhouse. The original job post won’t be overwritten.

  1. Click Send.

Edit the job post in Greenhouse

In Greenhouse, navigate to the job post you pushed from Quinto. You’ll see the content built by Quinto in the job description and you can click the pencil to edit the post and make any changes.
