Product tiers: Respectful and communicative verifications are available to all product tiers. Fair and prepared verifications are only available to Expert tiers.
Greenhouse verifications are displayed on your company’s job posts and show candidates that you consistently follow best practices for fair, prepared, respectful and communicative hiring.
Your company can earn verifications by using Greenhouse features that support fair hiring practices, prepared interviewers, and respectful, communicative interactions with candidates. Learn how to enable Greenhouse Verified features.
Overview
Greenhouse verifications show candidates that they'll have a positive experience when applying to your company. Your company can earn verifications for being Fair, Prepared, Respectful and Communicative. When you earn a verification, it's displayed on your job post.
You can earn verifications by using these Greenhouse features:
- Inclusion reminders
- Interview-specific questions
- Job-specific attributes
- Anonymization
- Candidate surveys
- Email stage notifications
- Percentage of active applicants
Note: Greenhouse Verifications are only available on job boards that have New job boards turned on.
To activate this feature, go to Configure > Job Boards. Select Board settings from the left navigation panel, then turn on New job board.
Downloading Greenhouse Verified reports
First, you'll want to understand which verifications your company has earned and which verifications you're working towards.
Go to Configure , then Job Boards and Posts. Select Reports, then Email me my Greenhouse Verified report.
After downloading your report, you'll see a detailed breakdown of the verifications your company has earned and the ones that you're progressing toward.
Earning and viewing verifications
You can monitor your progress towards Greenhouse verifications within specific jobs. First, go to Jobs in the navigation bar, then select a job. Next, select Job setup, then Job posts.
From here, you can view any verifications your company has earned and understand any required next steps.
Note: Verifications refresh once daily. Any verifications you earn today will be visible tomorrow.
Turning on Greenhouse Verified for candidates
To turn on Greenhouse Verified, go to Configure > Job boards and posts. Then, scroll to Greenhouse Verified and select Show Greenhouse Verified on job posts.
