Roadtrip Explorer’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows recruitment marketers to get detailed insights into the precise source of a candidate, connecting Greenhouse to GA4.
Create a webhook
To integrate Roadtrip Explorer with Greenhouse Recruiting, you’ll need to create six webhooks. Follow the steps in this article to create your webhook, and use each of the six values in the When field:
- New candidate application
- Candidate stage change
- Candidate is hired
- Candidate is unhired
- Candidate is rejected
- Candidate is unrejected
For the other fields, use the values listed below when configuring each webhook
- Name: A descriptive name for your integration. Most customers choose 'Roadtrip Explorer integration'
- When: Use the values listed above for each of the six webhooks.
- Endpoint URL: The Endpoint URL provided by Roadtrip Explorer
- Secret Key: The Secret Key provided by Roadtrip Explorer
Use the Roadtrip Explorer integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
When the changes in the Google Tag Manager on the career site are also completed, Roadtrip Explorer will match Greenhouse applicants to career site visitors.
The only setup required from Greenhouse is the webhooks.
Once the setup is completed, Roadtrip Explorer will connect your ATS to your Google Analytics. That will allow you to see events in one for the entire candidate journey, from the first visit on your career site to the hire.
