It ensures that candidate details, interview stages, and updates are mirrored back and forth seamlessly between your systems. This means your alerts and reminders are always spot on, helping you keep your hiring process on track and turbo-charged for both speed and accuracy.
Create a Harvest API key
To configure the Sinta integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Sinta integration. Be sure to copy the API key as you will need to paste it in Sinta during the next step.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: Sinta or Unlisted Vendor
- Description: Sinta Harvest API Key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Sinta integration:

- All permissions

Candidates
- All permissions

Jobs
- All permissions

Scheduled Interviews
- All permissions

Users
- All permissions
Provide your Harvest API key to Sinta
In Sinta, head to the ‘Integrations’ section in the left-hand navigation bar
Select ‘Integrate’ to the right of Greenhouse
Add your sub-domain and Harvest API Key
Once complete, Greenhouse will be appear as ‘Connected’ in the Integrations page as shown below
Use the Sinta integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Sinta has many workflows and automations available to use once the integration has been enabled. Popular automations include:
- Reminder to interviewers to submit feedback after an interview has completed
- Notification to recruiter/coordinator/hiring manager about candidates stuck in a particular stage
- Actionable alerts to move or reject a candidate
- And many more!
Here’s an example of how to setup a workflow for candidates stuck in a specific job stage:
Head to the ‘Workflows’ section in the left-hand navigation bar
Click ‘Create Workflow’
Name your workflow, select the Greenhouse object (in this case ‘Candidates’) and you can optionally select a specific job as well
Choose ‘Alert Type’. In this example we’ll choose ‘Stuck-in-Stage’. Select Stage and duration for when this alert should be sent. You can also choose to add additional conditions
Customize how the Slack alert should appear to recipients with Opening Text, Message Fields, and Buttons
Specify the recipients of the alert, click ‘Submit Workflow’, and then you’re done 🎉
