Enable the Hallo integration
Step 1: Email support@hallo.ai to get Hallo dashboard credentials.
Step 2: Go to the API tab (dashboard.hallo.ai/development) to enable the Hallo API and get your API key.
Step. 3: Follow the steps in this article to work with Greenhouse Support to set up the integration and add the assessment stage to your interview plans.
Once you’ve set up your interview plans and configured your take-home test, you can send the test to candidates.
Use the Hallo integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the Hallo integration has been enabled for your organization, you can add the Hallo assessment as an interview stage.
You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage.
After it has been sent, an assessment’s status will be displayed in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the Hallo application.
To see a candidate’s results in Hallo, click View Report.
On this page, you will be able to view overall language scores for the candidate, as well as subscores, question specifics (including the questions themselves and the candidate’s answers), detailed improvements, and snapshots of the candidate while taking the test (to assist in cheating prevention). These results can also be accessed from the Hallo dashboard at any time.
