The Hub is the biggest recruitment platform for startups and scale-ups in the Nordics, with more than 1500 daily applications and over 500k talents in their talent base.
The Hub’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to automatically post your open positions on The Hub as well, while still being able to manage all applications on Greenhouse. It is completely free, and you can set up the connection in just a couple of minutes.
Create a Harvest API key
To configure the The Hub integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the The Hub integration. You will paste the API key in the next step so be sure to copy it.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: The Hub or Unlisted Vendor
- Description: The Hub Harvest API Key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the The Hub integration:

Job Posts
- All permissions
Add Harvest API key on The Hub
Log in to The Hub and open Startup settings
Click Connect Greenhouse next to ‘Greenhouse Connection’
Paste your API key and your board token from Greenhouse Recruiting. (Configure > Dev Center > Configure Job Board)
Click Save and Connect to complete the integration
Use the The Hub integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the connection is set up all your active job posts will automatically appear on The Hub and be shared with their active talent. All applicants will be taken to apply via Greenhouse Recruiting, and once the job is delisted there it will also be removed from The Hub.
