Create a Harvest API key

To configure the Blue Saturn integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key.

Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Blue Saturn integration.

Credentials

In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:

API Type: Harvest
Partner: Blue Saturn or Unlisted Vendor
Description: Blue Saturn Harvest API Key

Verify that all permissions in the following sections are selected for the Blue Saturn integration:

Enter the Harvest API Key: Copy the API key into the Blue Saturn Co-pilot configuration tab (See directions on downloading extension below).

Use the Blue Saturn integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Downloading and Installing the Chrome Extension

Navigate to the Google Play Store: Search for "Blue Saturn" or use the direct link provided via email to access the Play Store page.

Download and Install the Extension: Click on the download button and allow the necessary authorizations for the extension.

Sign Up: Use your Gmail or Outlook business account for a faster setup, or opt to create a new account using an email and password.

Verification & Scoring

Verify and Match Candidates: Choose candidates to verify against the job description and select "verify and rank through job description."

Recruiter Prompting for Ideal Candidates: Use "describe your ideal candidate" to specify criteria, enhancing the precision of matches.

Review Match Scores and Analytics: Examine each candidate's score, employment history, online profiles (LinkedIn, GitHub), and educational background through clicking on each candidate score.
