Reczee Screeno integration

Reczee Screeno integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows recruitment teams to automatically tag the candidates in your pipeline with traits like “Top Institute”, “Top Company”, “Open Source Enthusiast”, “Hackathon winner”, etc. The recruiter can now qualitatively prioritize top candidates instead of going through hundreds of applicants one at a time.

Now the recruiter can seamlessly find top candidates by filtering on tags that are automatically populated by Reczee Screeno with zero intervention in manually screening resumes.

Create a Harvest API key

To configure the Reczee Screeno integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key.

Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the Reczee Screeno integration. Copy the key as you will need to enter it into Reczee Screeno in the next step!

Credentials

In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:

  • API Type: Harvest
  • Partner: Reczee Screeno or Unlisted Vendor
  • Description: Reczee Screeno Harvest API Key

Permissions

Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Reczee Screeno integration:

  • Applications
    • GET - Retrieve application
    • GET - List applications
  • Candidate
    • GET - List candidates
    • GET - Retrieve candidate
    • PATCH - Update candidate
  • Tags
    • DELETE - Remove tag from candidate
    • GET - List tags applied to candidate
    • GET - List Candidate Tags
    • POST - Add new candidate tags
    • DELETE - Remove candidate tags
    • PUT - Add a candidate tag
  • Users
    • GET - List users
  • Jobs
    • GET - Retrieve Job
    • GET - List jobs
  • Job stages
    • GET - List job stages
  • Sources
    • GET - List Sources
  • Custom fields
    • GET - List Custom Fields
    • POST - Create Custom Fields
    • PATCH - Update Custom Field
    • DELETE - Delete Custom Field

Finish setup in Reczee Screeno

After you've created the Harvest API key, head to the Screeno Dashboard and open the Integrations page.

Add Harvest API key to Reczee Screeno. Ensure that the key you have created on Greenhouse is correctly added in this input field.

Double-check the API permissions to make sure they match the permissions outlined above.

Select the integration user. This user must be a Site Admin in Greenhouse Recruiting.

Note: This user will be added as the “On-behalf-of” user in Greenhouse and used for auditing purposes.

Click Complete Setup.

Use the Reczee Screeno integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Select the job for whose applicants you’re interested in tagging the candidates. You can also choose specific filters to select candidates of a specific kind to be fetched for processing. Within a few seconds, you will be able to view the candidates that are fetched and their corresponding tags.

The same tags will also be populated to Greenhouse for effective filtering for your recruitment team along with graduation and post-graduation year fields.
