RippleHire helps you gamify your employee referral program, delight your workforce and hire top talent. With this integration, recruiters will be able to access, engage, and track candidates who are referred by RippleHire within Greenhouse.
Completing the steps below will enable RippleHire to automatically sync jobs, submit candidate applications, and check candidate progress/status.
Create an Ingestion API key for the RippleHire integration
To integrate with RippleHire, you'll need to create an Ingestion API key and provide it to RippleHire.
Follow the steps in this article for more information on creating an Ingestion API key. Once the key is created, provide it to RippleHire so they can set up the integration with Greenhouse Recruiting.
Your account manager will enable an account for you to get started with your gamified employee referral program.
Use the RippleHire integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the integration is set up, your employees are able to log into their RippleHire account and view the latest openings available for your organization.
RippleHire provides the following benefits:
- Employees can use the various modes of referrals available in RippleHire to refer their friends and publicize the openings on their social networks.
- Once candidates apply for a job via RippleHire, the application automatically imports into Greenhouse. These candidates will have a message on their profile indicating they were imported from RippleHire.
- Your team can process these candidates per your usual hiring workflow. RippleHire will extract the latest status of these candidates and notify your employees of the current status of their referrals.
