Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with EasyHire.me allows your organization to set up and conduct EasyHire.me interviews from within Greenhouse Recruiting, and access real-time notes and feedback taken during the interview.

Enable the Greenhouse Recruiting / EasyHire.me Integration
In order to enable the integration, your organization will need to retrieve your API key in your EasyHire.me profile settings page.
Note: Do not send the API key in this initial email.
The Greenhouse Support Team will respond with a SendSafely link for you to enter your API key. A notification will be sent to the Greenhouse Support Team after you have entered your API key and they will email you to confirm that your API key has been set up in your account and your integration is enabled.
Add EasyHire.me Stage to Job's Interview Plan
Once the Greenhouse Recruiting / EasyHire.me integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the EasyHire.me assessment as an Interview stage.
To do this for an existing job, navigate to a job (All Jobs > Job Name) and click Job Setup from the Job navigation bar.
From the Job Setup page, navigate to Interview Plan on the left-hand panel. Scroll down the page and click + Add a Stage.
From the Add Stage dialog box, select the EasyHire stage. When finished, click Add at the bottom of the dialog box to add the stage to the job's interview plan.
Configure the EasyHire.me Stage
Once the stage has been added to the job's interview plan, click Edit.
On the EasyHire interview kit edit page, you will see a dropdown menu that reflects the question sets you have set up previously in EasyHire.me. EasyHire.me provides a default sample question set for every EasyHire.me account. Select the appropriate question set, assign at least one Greenhouse Recruiting user to grade/review the submitted assessment, and then click Save at the bottom of the page.
Note: All configuration of the interview questions themselves, as well as the email template, will need to be completed in EasyHire.me.
Send and Review EasyHire.me Test
When a candidate is moved into the EasyHire.me interview stage, Greenhouse Recruiting will display a Send Test link on the candidate's profile. Click the Send Test link.
Note: When you send a test / question set from Greenhouse Recruiting, the interview instructions actually are sent to the candidate by EasyHire.me.
Use the subsequent dialog box to:
- Confirm the email address of the candidate
- Select which assessment / question set the candidate will participate in
- Assign a grader
Click Send Test when finished.
The status of the assessment will be viewable in Greenhouse Recruiting. The following statuses are available:
- Take Home Test to be sent
- Waiting for candidate to submit test
- Scorecard due from [designated grader]
Once the EasyHire.me interview is completed and the grader has submitted a scorecard, the Interview Kit will contain the feedback submitted on EasyHire.me. The report link will direct to the playback of the interview recording submitted in EasyHire.me.
