For a comprehensive detailed list of candidates for any stage, click the number under the appropriate column.

Note: This feature is currently available when filtering by Stages only.

If a cell shows 0, that means no candidates are reflected in that stage. If a cell is blank, that means the particular stage in question does not exists on that job.

Now vs Ever Filter

A unique filter to the Current Pipeline Per Job report is the Now, Ever, Both filter. The filter controls whether your report displays the most current data, historical data, or both for a job's pipeline.

Toggle the Now, Ever, Both filter to a desired view and click Apply when finished.

Note: The Ever column on each stage tells you how many candidates have ever been in that stage or any later stage who also applied during the prescribed date range. For example, if you skip a candidate from Application Review all the way to Offer, the report will show that person as having been in every stage in-between.
