What is the Offer Activity report? How do I use it?

Carefully guiding a candidate through your intense (but fair!) interview process is all for naught if they end up rejecting your offer! You can take a look at how successful you've been in navigating the final hurdle in your hiring process by using the Offer Activity report. Not only does it give you a snapshot of which jobs have been easier to close, but you can keep track of the positions that still need to be followed-up.

On the report, Offers Extended is the number of offers your organization sent through Greenhouse during a set time period. Offers Outstanding is the total number of offers that were sent, but unresolved, during a set time period.

Note: Only users with the Can see private notes, salary info, manage offers, and approve jobs/offers box marked in their user permissions will be able to see this report.

How can this report be filtered?

The Offer Activity can be filtered by Department and Office (located right next to your company name), as well as Job and Activity Date, which will filter each column uniquely based on the date the activity occurred.

    Is there any way to have this report collapse/hide reqs for which there is no offer activity?

    Hi Bob,

    Thanks for reaching out! There isn't a way to manipulate the reports that way, so your best bet would be to export it to excel and remove any of the blank columns. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

    Hi Murphy - to confirm, does Activity Date filter on the date the offer was created, extended or rejected/declined?

    Thanks for writing in! The "Activity Date" filter on the report refers to any action that taken on the offer - this includes offer creation, extension, regeneration, marking when a candidate accepted/declined the offer, etc. Please let us know if you have any more questions!
