The time to hire per job report helps your organization forecast the anticipated time it will take to hire a candidate for a role by displaying the length of time it took to hire other candidates.
The time to hire is measured as the time between the opening's open date on a job and the candidate's hire date.
Time to hire per job report
To create a time to hire per job report, click Reports on your navigation bar.
Click Essential Reports on the left.
Scroll to the Share Progress with Executives section and click Time to Hire per Job.
The time to hire per job report will generate.
The time to hire per job report will display the following information for all jobs included in the report:
Days to hire is calculated as the time between the job opening's open date and the date that a candidate is marked as hired on the opening. Read more here: How to maintain accurate hiring data.
Time to hire per job report filters
Click Filters and more to apply filters to further refine your report.
The time to hire per job report can be filtered by the following:
- Job status
- Hiring team role
- Custom job field
- Include migrated candidates
Click Apply after applying any filters.
