When a candidate is rejected, you have the option to choose or add a rejection reason that will be listed prominently on their candidate profile. You can easily filter by these reasons on the candidate search tab, but they also show up on the Rejection Reasons report.
The report itself is fairly straightforward and lists each of your rejection reasons, as well as the number and percentage of candidates that fall into each category. The reasons are separated into groups for We rejected them and They rejected us. Clicking the blue numbers in each column will take you to the candidates tab and show you all of the people in each category.
How can this report be filtered?
The Rejection Reasons report can be filtered by Department and Office (located right next to your company name), as well as Job, Date Applied, and Stage Name, which shows you the rejection statistics for everyone who was rejected from that stage.
Note: If your Rejection Reasons report only shows None Specified, Site Admins can make rejection reasons mandatory by going to >Permissions Policies and clicking the checkmark next to When rejecting a candidate, make "Rejection Reasons" a required field.
