The perfect complement to the Time to fill by job report, the Time to hire by candidate report lets you assess how long each of your hired candidates spent in the interview process, highlighting areas where potential improvements can be made to streamline and expedite hiring.
Use this report to compare lead times for candidates in different jobs, between different recruiters, and against any personal goals your organization has set.

Time to hire by candidate report
To create a Time to hire by candidate report, click Reports on your navigation bar.
Click Essential reports on the left.
Scroll to the Share Progress with Executives section and click Time to Hire.
The Time to hire by candidate report will generate.
Note: By default, the Time to hire by candidate report will show all open jobs on which you have the appropriate permissions.
The Time to hire by candidate report will display information for the following:
- Hired candidate name
- Job
- Source
- Requisition ID
- Opening ID
- Application date
- Offer date
- Accepted date
- Days to offer

Click Filters and more to apply filters to further refine your report.
The Time to hire by candidate report can be filtered by the following:
- Job
- Job status
- Department
- Office
- User
- Hiring team role
- Custom job field
- Include migrated candidates
Click Apply after applying any filters to your report.

Note: The Time to Hire calculation within the essential report is based on the created offer date, the Time to Hire calculation in Report dashboards is based on the candidate hire date.
The time to hire is measured as the time candidates spend in the hiring process, specifically the difference between the candidate's application date on a job and the candidate's offer date.
