When a resume, cover letter, or other document is added for a candidate, it will appear on their candidate profile. Since users may have different access levels, Greenhouse Recruiting checks the following criteria when to know whether a user can view an attachment:
- Attachment type
- User permissions
- Attachment settings (for the Document type attachment only)
Locate a candidate's attachments
You can find all of the candidate's attachments in the Documents section of the Application tab in the right panel.

- Job Admins with the permission stripe Can view and edit private candidate and application fields

Note: The Signed Offer Letter attachment type is for organizations that have enabled the DocuSign integration.
