When a resume, cover letter, or other document is added for a candidate, it will appear on their candidate profile. Since users may have different access levels, Greenhouse Recruiting checks the following criteria when to know whether a user can view an attachment:
- Attachment type
- User permissions
- Attachment settings (for the Document type attachment only)
Locate a candidate's attachments
You can find all of the candidate's attachments in the All Attachments section of the candidate profile. To find this section, navigate to a candidate's attachments by clicking the Details tab.
Scroll down to the All Attachments section. The attachments will be separated based on their associated job.
The grid below outlines whether or not different users can see the different attachment types on a candidate's profile.
