The ability to access an attachment on a candidate's profile is determined by the following three criteria:
- Attachment type
- User permissions
- Attachment settings (for document-type only)
In this article, we will cover how to navigate to the attachment section of a candidate's profile and provide an accessibility grid to help you understand who can view specific attachments.
Navigate to a candidate's attachments by clicking the Details tab on the candidate's profile.
From the Details tab, navigate to the All Attachments section.
Use the below accessibility grid to see which users can access the different documents in this section:
