Only users with Site Admin or Job Admin permissions can configure email notifications.
To set up email notifications, you can navigate to Configure > Notifications > Set notifications by job or user
Click on Edit next to # Jobs and this should present a window that will allow you to edit the notifications on a per job basis and in bulk for certain notifications. If you would like to set it up per job for this user, click on the dropdown.
