Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with HireVue allows your organization to add a HireVue video interview to your job's interview plan.
Enable the integration
Note: You should be aware that HireVue divides platform access between US and EU customers. The server addresses below are used by each respective customer base:
- US-based accounts: https://app.hirevue.com/
- EU-based accounts: http://eu.hirevue.com/
To enable the integration, follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your HireVue representative and set up the assessment stage in your interview plans.
Once you've set up your interview plans and configured your take-home test, you can send the test to candidates.
Use the integration
Once the integration is enabled for your organization, you can add the HireVue assessment as an interview stage.
You can send an assessment to a candidate by clicking Send Test next to the interview stage.
After an assessment has been sent, the status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the interview kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the HireVue application.
Click View Report to see the candidate's full results on HireVue.
