Is there an easy way to assign Interviewer or Job Admin permissions to a user across multiple jobs?

Yes!  Navigate to the Users page via the Configure tab, and then click on the name of the user that you want to assign permissions to.  If the user is already set up as a Job Admin or Interviewer, click Add under Job Based Permissions. 



After you have refined the list of jobs, click either Interviewer or Job Admin next to "Marks all as" at the top of the page, or click the Edit button next to each job in the list to assign permissions individually. Click Done on the window and then Save once you're back on the user profile to ensure the changes are adjusted.


Filtering by office or department will also enable you to assign these permissions to a user for future jobs by rule.
