Candidate alerts inform users about candidates who are in an interview pipeline stage for too long. With candidate alerts, your organization can ensure that all responsible roles are aware of how candidates are progressing through your interview pipeline and that candidates are not falling through the cracks.
This article covers how to edit candidate alert settings for a single job. You can also edit candidate alert settings across multiple jobs.
Edit candidate alert settings
To edit / configure a job's alert settings, click Jobs from your navigation bar and select a job from the subsequent list.
From the Job page, click Job Setup and then click Interview Plan on the left.
Click the Alert Settings tab.
From the subsequent box, input how many days a candidate can sit in each stage before an alert is triggered for responsible roles.
When finished, click Save.
