CallHippo is a cloud-based call center solution that helps mid to large size businesses with workflow automation and virtual telephony. The platform enables users to give detailed analysis to customers through call recordings. CallHippo offers Activity Feed that lets users access caller name, call status, total call duration, department and more.
Primary features of CallHippo include productivity tracker, sales script designing, call recording samples and call analysis. Additionally, the platform lets users filter call logs by applying filters such as call type, specific time period, incoming calls or outgoing calls.
CallHippo integration with Greenhouse Recruiting features:
- All candidates in your Greenhouse account will be synced as a contact in CallHippo
- Whenever you add a new candidate, update and reject it will sync with CallHippo in 4 hours
- You will get call activity for any call made to or received from any of your Greenhouse contacts in CallHippo dialer
- You will get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your Greenhouse contacts in the CallHippo dialer
Set up the CallHippo integration
Create a Harvest API key
To configure the CallHippo integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the CallHippo integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: CallHippo or Unlisted Vendor
- Description: CallHippo Harvest API Key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the CallHippo integration:
Candidates
- GET: Retrieve Candidate
- POST: Add note
Users
- All permissions
When finished, click Save. Your Harvest API key for the Greenhouse Recruiting / CallHippo integration is created and configured. Copy the Harvest API key to provide to CallHippo in the next step.
Provide your API credentials to CallHippo and finish setup
Next, you'll need to add your API key to your CallHippo account. Navigate to CallHippo and Log in. Go to the integrations tab and then, click +Connect.
You will redirect to the setup page. Click Connect your Greenhouse and on the following popup, enter your Greenhouse Harvest API key. Then, click Next.
A green checkmark will indicate the integration is successfully connected. To complete setup and exit the window, click Ok.
The Greenhouse Recruiting / CallHippo integration is now successfully enabled.
Use the CallHippo integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Note: Call log activity will only be sent to Greenhouse if CallHippo user (Caller) and Greenhouse user’s account email are the same Greenhouse.
