Attract.ai is an AI search and talent engagement platform designed to enhance talent teams in unlocking the passive candidate market. Attract.ai bypasses standardized algorithms or guesses on what candidates you’re looking for, giving you and your team full control to shape your search results.
Attract.ai’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to export candidates into Greenhouse Recruiting and notifies users which candidates in their search results already exist within their ATS.
Set up the Greenhouse Recruiting / Attract.ai integration
Create a Harvest API key
To configure the Attract.ai integration, you’ll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the attract.ai integration.
Credentials
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: Attract.ai or Unlisted Vendor
- Description: attract.ai Harvest API Key
Permissions
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the attract.ai integration:
Candidates
- GET: List candidates
- POST: Add candidates
- POST: Add note
Users
- GET: List users
Jobs
- GET: List jobs
Save when finished.
Provide your API credentials to Attract.ai and finish setup
To complete setup, copy the key and navigate to the Attract.ai platform. Select the Greenhouse integration setting and paste your Harvest API key into the box. Next, select the correct users from the dropdown menu.
Once done, the Greenhouse Recruiting / attact.ai integration will be enabled and ready for use.
Use the Attract.ai integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Export candidates
Exporting candidates will share the candidate’s name and their social data (email address, linkedIn url, etc.) with Greenhouse.
- Navigate to the candidate card that you would like to export to Greenhouse.
- Click in the upper right corner the cloud icon to export candidate (see image).
- Use the automations tab to set up automatic candidate export if you wish to automate this.
Source candidates
- Candidates with the cloud icon already exist within Greenhouse (see image).
