candidate.fyi is a candidate experience layer for Greenhouse Recruiting. With candidate.fyi, you can provide candidates with a rich candidate portal where they can access information to help them learn more about your company and prepare for the position for which they're interviewing. All along the way, they have the opportunity to share feedback via candidate pulses.
candidate.fyi's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to connect jobs, stages, candidates, and applications so the platforms are constantly in sync with each other.
Set up the integration
Create a Harvest API key
To configure the candidate.fyi integration, create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected.
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API type: Harvest
- Partner: candidate.fyi or Unlisted vendor
- Description: candidate.fyi Harvest API Key

Copy your API key to a secure location.
Enable on candidate.fyi
Next, reach out to the candidate.fyi team. Your onboarding specialist will request your Harvest API key over a secure and encrypted channel. Once integrated, you'll see the Greenhouse Recruiting integration populate on candidate.fyi's Integrations page.
In Settings, you have the ability to customize your portal, including your portal subdomain, logo, cover image, or background color.
To activate a job, navigate to Jobs then click the ATS tab. You'll see all of your current Greenhouse Recruiting jobs. You can activate each job by clicking Activate.
Click the Active tab to visualize all of the jobs you have activated.
Click the Desktop icon on an active job to access the portal. Within the portal of each job, you can customize the content.
Once content is added for your job, you can share the portal with candidates.
Share a link to the subdomain you setup in your candidate.fyi Settings page.
Candidates will access this link, and enter their email address to request a magic link for them to automatically access the content you've created!
