Cappfinity is a leading provider of strength-based assessment solutions. Cappfinity's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly add Cappfinity assessments to a job's interview plan.
Enable the integration
To enable the integration, reach out to your Cappfinity Account Manager or Cappfinity support team to retrieve your API key. Once you receive the key, follow the steps in this article to share the key with Greenhouse Technical Support.
Note: Don't send your API key in the initial email. If needed, Greenhouse Support will respond with a SendSafely link for you to securely share the API key.
Once the integration is enabled, you'll receive a confirmation email. Next, follow the steps in this article to add the Cappfinity stage to a job's interview plan and configure your take home test.
Once you've set up your interview plans and configured the test, you'll be able to send the test to candidates.
Use the integration
Once the Cappfinity integration is enabled for your organization, you can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button on their profile next to the Cappfinity stage.
After it's been sent, the assessment's status will show in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the interview kit will contain a link to view the results on Cappfinity.
To see a candidate's results on Cappfinity, click View Report.
