Approvals allow you to configure one or more users to sign off on a job action before it’s allowed to take place.
Types of approvals
There are two types of approvals: Job approvals and offer approvals. They work in mostly the same way with some minor differences.
Job approvals
Use job approvals to control when users can open jobs and generate offers. Depending on which actions you want to control, you can set up job approvals with one step or two steps.
Offer approvals
Use offer approvals to control when a user can extend a generated offer to a candidate. Unlike job approvals, offer approvals can only include one step.
