Avy analytics' integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows companies to integrate ATS data for an in-depth analytics of recruiter performance and strategic recruitment planning.
Combined with other HR information, like HRIS, financial and engagement data, avy analytics provides people analytics insights in one centralized dashboard.
Create a Harvest API key
To configure the integration, create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected when configuring the avy analytics integration:
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: avy analytics or Unlisted Vendor
- Description: avy analytics Harvest API Key

Provide your Harvest API key to avy analytics
After creating your Harvest API Key for the integration, provide this key to avy analytics to complete setup.
Contact avy analytics support about an integration partnership at support@avy analytics.com to begin setup. You will receive a SendSafely link which allows you to upload your API key in a secure manner. DO NOT send your API key directly via email.
The avy analytics support team will work with you to enable your integration environment.
Use the avy analytics integration
After the avy analytics support has set up your environment, login to https://app.avy analytics.com/ with the credentials provided.
After login, you'll see several reports listed on the Recruitment menu on the left along with an overview of your current Recruiting metrics.
Greenhouse Recruiting will be listed among all ATS-related metrics will be listed on the Recruitment Reports in the menu. These metrics include:

- For Recruiters, the “Recruiting” Report is the most important one, as it gives them quick and easy access to their most crucial questions.
- Whether it is an overview of their Jobs and Openings:
- A summary of the Job Openings that have to be prioritized:
- Or which Channels perform best for the Jobs they are responsible for:
The Recruiting report will have your team covered.
The Closed Position Page
For Recruiting Managers and Controlling, the Closed Position report is of importance to get insights in the performance of the recruiting team and the communication with hiring managers.
For each closed Job, it is of their interest to understand the salary delta (difference between actual salary from the Offer and a planned salary on Job level) or the time it took for the Job to be filled, compared to a target start date:
Next to the Job-Opening table (screenshot above), well known metrics like Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, a planned Time-to-Fill and Time-to-Start by drill downs on the Company level are key to a quick overview of the health of the recruiting process:
Additionally, the Application to Offer rate and the rate of accepted Offers give you an indication of how well your company is perceived by candidates:
