Frequently asked questions
Do email lookups occur automatically?
Yes. When you add a LinkedIn prospect to the Greenhouse Recruiting Chrome extension or import a prospect from LinkedIn RSC, Greenhouse performs an email lookup automatically.
When will lookup credits be used?
When you add LinkedIn or LinkedIn RSC prospects to a campaign pool or the Greenhouse Recruiting Chrome extension, you'll use one lookup credit any time a valid, non-public email address is found.
You won't be charged a lookup credit if Greenhouse parses a public email address or if no email is found during the lookup.
Learn more about how Greenhouse allocates and charges lookup credits.
Are InMail messages delivered to prospects automatically?
No, InMail messages aren't delivered automatically.
Greenhouse creates a task in your campaign pool reminding you to send an InMail message. You can copy templates, add personalization, and deliver the message without leaving your Sourcing Automation workflow.
How soon do prospect responses to InMail messages sync to Greenhouse?
InMail responses from prospects may take up to one hour to sync with your activity feed in Greenhouse Recruiting.
