Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with WeCP allows you to seamlessly add WeCP’s assessment to a job's interview plan.
Set up the WeCP integration
Retrieve your API key from WeCP
To enable the WeCP integration, you'll need to retrieve your API key from WeCP.
To access your key, navigate to your WeCP account and Sign in.
From the left menu panel, click Settings and select Integrations from the listed tabs.
Search Greenhouse Recruiting from the integration list and then, click Generate API key.
Once you have copied your API key, click here to open a ticket with Greenhouse Technical Support to continue integration setup.
Note: Don't send your API key in the initial ticket. If needed, Greenhouse Technical Support will respond with a SendSafely link for you to securely share the API key.
Once implemented, you can configure your take home test and add the WeCP assessment stage to your interview plans.
Use the WeCP integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Send and review the test
You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage on the candidate profile. Select the assessment from WeCP from the dropdown and click Send Test.
Once sent, an assessment’s status will be displayed in Greenhouse Recruiting.
View candidate results
When a candidate submits their test, you can check the score using the Interview Kit that contains a link to view the submitted test in the WeCP application.
To see a candidate’s results in WeCP, click View Report.
You'll be redirected to view the candidate results on WeCP.
