HireQuotient develops business skills assessments that can be tailored to the industry context and specific job roles. They create realistic mini job simulations to test a candidate's ability to execute the tasks expected in the role, enabling hiring teams to efficiently screen out unsuitable candidates with minimal time and effort. Just as coding tests have become well-established in tech hiring, HireQuotient plays a similar role for business skills across the organization.
For some job families, HireQuotient offers off-the-shelf content that can be deployed immediately. HireQuotient’s technology platform enables organizations to automatically tailor questions to the exact job scope and ensure that only relevant skills are tested.
HireQuotient's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly add HireQuotient's assessment to a job's interview plan.
Set up the HireQuotient integration
First, you’ll need to get your API key from HireQuotient API key by following the below steps:
- In HireQuotient, navigate to the Greenhouse tab and click Connect.
- Click Click to Show to reveal the API key.
- Copy the API key and store it somewhere safe. You will need to share it with Greenhouse in the next step.
After retrieving your HireQuotient API key, follow the steps in this article to share the API key with Greenhouse and add the assessment stage to your interview plans.
Once you’ve set up your interview plans and configured your take home test, you’ll be able to send the test to candidates.
Use the HireQuotient integration
Once HireQuotient’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the HireQuotient assessment as an interview stage.
You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage on the candidate profile. In the pop-up window that appears, select the test and who should grade it.
After it has been sent, an assessment’s status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test which was conducted on HireQuotient’s platform.
To see a candidate’s results in HireQuotient, go to the HireQuotient stage in Greenhouse Recruiting and click View Report.
