JobsForHer integration

JobsForHer is India's largest career platform to accelerate women's careers. Incepted in 2015, JobsForHer connects over 2.2 million job aspirants registered on the platform to 7500+ companies across the country.

JobsForHer's vision is to enable women to achieve their full potential by helping them to start, restart and rise in their careers. JobsForHer caters to the three largest cohorts of women professionals: women returnees, women in tech, women in leadership, and JobsForHer is expanding their reach to women starters.

JobsForHer's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to sync job details from Greenhouse Recruiting to your JobsForHer job listing page to allow candidates to apply.

Enable the JobsForHer integration

Locate your job board URL

To make your open jobs available to JobsForHer, you'll need to send your job board URL.

You can find your Job Board URL by navigating to Configure > Job Boards & Posts > Ellipsis icon next to job board > Edit Board Settings, then scroll to the URL field.

The URL field is highlighted in a marigold emphasis box at the bottom of the page, with an example job board URL shown called greenhousedemoboard

Copy this URL. You'll send it to JobsForHer in the next step.

Create a job board API key

Follow the steps in this article and use the information below when creating your API key:

  • API Type: Job Board
  • Description: JobsForHer Job Board API Key

Copy your API key and the job board URL from the previous step and reach out to admin@jobsforher.com to enable the integration.

Create custom job fields

Next, you'll need to create six (6) custom job fields in Greenhouse Recruiting in order for your jobs to successfully post on JobsForHer.

To create a custom job field, click the Configure icon Configure icon on your navigation bar, then click Custom Options.

Click Jobs.

Click Add Field to create a new custom job field.

Create six (6) custom job fields with the following configurations:

Name Type
minimum_experience Number
maximum_experience Number
functional_area

Once complete, the custom job fields will appear on your JobsForHer job posts.

Use the JobsForHer integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Once enabled, the JobsForHer integration will sync jobs from Greenhouse Recruiting to the JobsForHer website within six days of activation.

When candidates apply for your jobs, you'll be able to see application details on your JobsForHer employer dashboard with the registered email id and password.
