Send a notification when a candidate submits their availability

After a candidate has been sent an availability request, they'll have the opportunity to add their availability in an online portal.

When the request is finished, the user who initially requested the candidate's availability will be notified that their form has been submitted.  

Adding coordinators to availability notifications

If the candidate's coordinator didn't send the original request availability, they won't be automatically notified when a candidate submits a request. However, you can update your Permissions Policies to notify coordinators when a candidate submits their availability. 

To update this setting, navigate to the Permission Policies page. (Configure Icon-Configure.png icon > Permission Policies)

Navigate to the Users section and select Should be notified when their candidates submit interview availability.
