What’s the procedure for initiating the API Key?

  • Step 1: In the Configure menu, Select Dev Center, then API Credential Management.

  • Step 2: Click button, Create New API Key.

  • Step 3: In Description, enter the text <PeopleInsight> and select Harvest from the Type drop down. Click Create.

  • Step 4: In Manage API Key Permissions, Select All. Click Update. Please note that selecting all endpoints will provide PeopleInsight with access to all of your data in Greenhouse. 

  • Step 5: Click Copy from the Harvest API attributed to PeopleInsight. Provide this Key to your PeopeInsight Customer Success Lead.
